Return and Exchange terms 

You can return, exchange and receive a refund within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to you. 

Conditions for returning clothes:

- The label of the clothes must be on the product, in a completely undamaged form.
- When the order is delivered, the receipt presented to you must be handed over to the courier.
- All additional accessories of the product (if any) must be in complete condition.
- If any gifts were sent on the product,  the gifts must be returned complete and undamaged. 
- You should fill the form (document) provided to you while returning goods, indicating all reasons for return.

NOTE: The following products in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 114 can not be returned or exchanged:
1. Certain goods (ribbons, ribbons, borders) sold in all types of fabrics and sizes, excluding manufacturing defects.
2. Perfumery and cosmetic goods.
3. Swimwear for men, women and children.
4. Children and newborn underwear.
5. Household chemical goods.
6. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.).
7. Children's games and toys.
8. Men's, women's and children's socks, underwear and underwear that have been used, except for manufacturing defects, without labels.
9. Plastic products for food.
10. Food items that have been paid for and removed from the store (within the expiration date).


Order refund and product exchange process:

- By courier (in this case, additional courier fee - 5 AZN - must be paid by the customer for return)
NOTE: During the return process, the product will be inspected by our employee, if the product is in perfect condition, the return will be made.

- By post (Azerpocht) 
Orders from regions, other cities and countries will be returned by post. 
Additional incurred post expenses must be paid by the buyer.

Refunds

From the day of product return, a request for refund will be sent to the bank, and your bank returns the amount you paid to your balance within 1-14 business days  depending on the issuing bank or credit card company based on the issuer's settlement process.
